A specially designed class to improve your;
posture ~ fitness ~ strength ~ flexibility ~ balance

Tone up, make new friends and gain confidence whilst working at your own pace in this fun and varied class. It is delivered with enthusiasm, motivation and knowledge about exercises that really work. We use various equipment and exercises to achieve maximum results. Modifications given if you have an injury, or don’t want to work too hard.
